We, the Abused American Families call for an investigation into the illegal and detrimental treatment of our children by those that are suppose to protect them. We call for accountability for the Destruction of Children and Families by Social Workers who are abusing their position of authority and power with no thought to the effects those actions have on children.

For allowing legal kidnapping, placing children with abusive foster parents, lying in court, manipulating the system to benefit the state and their own agendas. Having personal grudges that they take out on families, swearing to care and protect children and in reality being the biggest abusers of all.

Circuit Court Judge Andrew Owens

Judge Owens allowed evidence of murder and evidence of obstruction of justice to be destroyed in an act to prevent the truth from coming out. Judge Owens granted an ex parte order allowing the destruction of a hard drive which contained a 911 recording which proved my father was being murdered in the background. Owen's order
The ex parte order that Owens issued allowed the destruction of the hard drive without any hearing or motion being heard while a public records request for access to the hard drive were pending from a media outlet. Letter to Owens
Judge Owens also allowed the hard drive to be destroyed while an order

On March 26^th, 2008, the 911 operator, Anne Barrett, who handled the call regarding the death of Murray Cohen was subpoenaed for deposition. During this deposition, Barrett committed perjury and also revealed damaging information which poked wholes in the cover up of the murder.
After making numerous blunders and realizing it, Barrett stood up and announced she was leaving the deposition. Attorney Mark Lord instructed Barrett that she was not yet released from her subpoena and the deposition was not finished. Barrett stated, “Well Then Arrest Me”, and stormed out.
Attorney Mark Lord filed a motion to hold Barrett in “Contempt of Court”,
and to compel her to finish her deposition. Judge Owens refused to compel Barrett to finish her deposition and dismissed the motion with prejudice.
Owens went on to say that the motion to compel Barrett to finish her deposition was frivolous. Attorney Mark Lord stated to Judge Owens “There never has been an evidentiary hearing in this case”, Owens replied,
“That’s Right, and There Never Will Be”.

On March 17, 2011 my(Dana L.) grandson was abused by a DHS worker by the name of Yolanda Sherfield in the company of her supervisor (Cassandra Robinson-Fowler). He was later taken to the hospital to be checked out because they thought she broke his finger.  All of this is on tape.

Why has she not been charged with child abuse? Because she is protected by Oklahoma DHS. How many other children have been abused by this woman and the Oklahoma DHS?

James McArdle, 29, and Kristina Lee Reilly, 26, both of the 300 block of Cowry Road, now face charges of child neglect, cruelty to animals, abandonment of animals and creating unsanitary nuisances injurious to health — in addition to the child neglect and drug paraphernalia charges on which they were arrested last week.

"This is one of the worst cases we've encountered in a long time," Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Wendy Rose said Thursday. "It's unconscionable to most of us."

On Sept. 13, deputies appeared at the couple's home to arrest Reilly on a warrant for failure to appear in court in connection with a larceny case. After appearing at the front door, Reilly reportedly asked to go back into the home to get cigarettes and a cell phone.

After deputies followed her in, they say they were overwhelmed by the stench of feces and rot.

They say they discovered two barely dressed children sleeping on a filthy mattress as well as sewage in the carpet from a backed-up septic tank.


*Side note:  Detective Kim Northfield of the Sarasota County Florida Sheriff's Office, told me personally that she does not work with DCF. If DCF doing their job and following up on families that truly needed help maybe these children would not have been left in this situation.*

According a report filed by sheriff's detective Kim Northfield, the Florida Department of Children and Families had previous contact with the parents and had offered them day care for the children, food stamps and treatment of their addictions from First Step. Yet the couple tended to be "belligerent and uncooperative" with DCF, Northfield reported.

How he was outed: Phone number found in list of clients: A staunch advocate of conservative platforms from abstinence-only education to a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage, the Republican Louisiana Senator apparently had no problem with high-class call girls, as his phone number was revealed to be on a list belonging to a company owned by the infamous "D.C. Madam." Larry Flynt's Hustler magazine found the phone number and contacted Vitter's office to inquire about it. The next day, Vitter issued a public apology for his "very serious sin," and later managed to retain his seat in the Senate.

On July 18, 2008 I (Dana) was threatened by a woman named AnTiffany McDaniel-Fears who said she would destroy me if I did not let her take my grandson away from his mother (my daughter).

On August 31, 2008 she submitted a false drug test to the court on my daughter so it would look like she was on drugs when she wasn’t.

After court my daughter swore to me (Dana)she was clean of drugs so I took her to S.O.S. the state appointed drug testing facility to have another test run just to make sure there were no mistakes. Test was negative.

Dr. Kimberly Quinlan Lindsey, a top official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has been arrested and charged with two counts of child molestation and one count of bestiality.

"Authorities also charged Lindsey's live-in boyfriend, Thomas Joseph Westerman, 42, with two counts of child molestation. 
The two are accused of 'immoral and indecent' sexual acts involving a 6-year-old ...
The bestiality charge says Lindsey 'did unlawfully perform or submit to any sexual act with an animal.'"

Between January and August last year, Dr. Lindsey and her boyfriend allegedly involved the child during sex, and DeKalb County police claim they discovered photographs of Lindsey performing sex acts on a couple of her pets.
Some of you may wonder why I've chosen to discuss this story. Some may think it's in poor taste and doesn't belong here, I believe it's relevant to be aware that someone in charge of your child's health is allegedly engaged in child abuse. Her actions raise serious questions in my mind about her level of concern for the health and well-being of children in general.
