Wanted....For.....For Failure To Require The Appointed Chief Of Police To Uphold The 4th Amendment.

Jonathan Lewis

 Name: Jonathan Lewis
 Position: North Port City Commissioner
Wanted: For Failure to Require the Appointed Chief of Police to Uphold the 4th Amendment.

I sent a letter to North Port City Commissioner Jonathan Lewis, telling him about the lack of protection for our constitutional rights happening with his North Port Police Office. Chief Vespia insists that the practice of search and seizure needs not have a warrant from Department Children and Families. I am not an attorney but I do know my Constitutional Rights.
Anyone in authority who has been made aware of illegal activity and chooses to allow it to continue or promotes such activity is guilty of accessory at the minimum.
Amendment IV Search and arrest The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

He refused to call me back and instead took the chicken way out and sent an email saying it is DCF’s fault. Even though it is the City of North Port Florida Police Department and Chief Kevin Vespia that are assisting in illegal search and seizure and do not bother to ask for a warrant.

Miami (August, 25 2011) - Miami-Dade State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle announces that as a result of a 2 year joint investigation undertaken by the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office and Florida Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater's Division of Public Assistance Fraud, former Department of Children and Families (DCF) employee Meera Khan has been arrested and charged with a lengthy list of crimes including: Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO); Conspiracy to Commit RICO; Public Assistance Fraud Trafficking; Official Misconduct; Unlawful Compensation; Criminal Use of Personal Identification; Grand Theft and Petit Theft.

Additionally, she would work with some unscrupulous businesses to convert food stamps into cash which she and the businesses would pocket. Wanted.... For....Conflict of Interest.

Judge Christopher A. Coury

Name: Judge Christopher A. Coury
Position: Judge Christopher A. Coury Maricopa County (AZ.) Superior Court Judge
Wanted: Possible Conflict of Interest

Judge Christopher A. Coury of Maricopa County (AZ.) a family court judge who also owns a company, with his wife, Renee M. Coury as the appointed agent. Now there is no crime in owning a business, what we are wondering about is the nature of his business.

The name of his LLC is 'In Loco Parentis' LLC, an Arizona Corporation, what is raising red flags is: The term in loco parentis, Latin for "in the place of a parent"

I can find no information on what this company really does, but from one report they made $52,000 one year. So all I see is a family court judge owning a company that is titled in the place of a parent.

Judge Christopher A. Coury if this is not a conflict of interest please contact us and let us know what this business is really all about. Surely you are not making money of replacing parents are you?

Wanted... For....Setting Bail For A Child Molester

James S. Parker

Name: James S. Parker

Position: Judge 12th Circuit Court Desoto County

Wanted: Setting Bail For A Child Molester

Peck spoke to her children, and all three of them -- two daughters and a son -- said they had been molested by their stepfather, Jeff Leonard

Meanwhile, in an Arcadia courtroom last week, Leonard asked Circuit Court Judge James S. Parker to release him on bail before his trial. Like others in Twelve Tribes, Leonard wore his jet-black hair in a short ponytail, and his scraggly beard nearly touched his chest. He told the judge that tribe members would likely post his bail. "I have limited assets -- a van, tools," he said. "By our beliefs, we hold all things in common."
The judge agreed to set a $250,000 bail for Leonard.

Wanted.... For....Failure To Investigate For Our Children

                                                       David Wilkins

Name: David Wilkins
Position: DCF Secretary His new post pays $140,000 a year.
Wanted: For Failure to Investigate for Our children

Florida's new Social Services Chief will look a lot like the state's new Governor: a corporate executive with conservative social roots.
David Wilkins, DCF Secretary, Tallahassee Florida is suppose to be the head guy that will clean up the corruption in DCF. I ask him to investigate and I sent tons of paperwork. I also sent him a list of witnesses, and ask that he access the court records that I have been denied.

I never heard from him, finally I call and talk to the witnesses, he had not even bothered to contact one, he has not gotten the court records. I am puzzled, but then I remember that he was appointed by a Governor Rick Scott who plead the 5th 75 times.

When I finally gave up on him is when he was seen on the SNN Sarasota Florida news sitting and laughing with Robin K Jensen, the woman he was suppose to be investigating.

Wanted.... For Not Upholding.....The Fourth Amendment

Chief Kevin Vespia

Name....Kevin Vespia
Position....Chief Of Police
Wanted.... Not Upholding The Fourth Amendment

Kevin Vespi, chief of police of the city of North Port Florida, does not feel that his officers need to determine if DCF has a warrent to come into a home and to remove a child. I believe if the City of North Port Police officers are ask to help DCF to illegally remove children with no warrents or signs of abuse then they should be held respomsible for checking the paperwork. Chief Kevin Vespia is not only allowing this but if he is not activly stopping this illegal activity then he is an accomplice.

Remember this Chief Kevin Vespia? The Fourth Amendment (Amendment IV) to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause. It was adopted as a response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which is a type of general search warrant, in the American Revolution. Search and arrest should be limited in scope according to specific information supplied to the issuing court, usually by a law enforcement officer, who has sworn by it.
