On September 1, 2008 AnTiffany McDaniel-Fears lied to Judge Shaw and the police. She said that I called her on the phone and left a message saying that I was going to shoot her. She told the police and Judge Shaw that she saved the message on her phone. 

During this process of the two false accusations that I brought to Judge Shaw’s attention, he informed me that it was his court room and he would run it as he chooses.

I later learned from a co-worker who was sitting in Mr. Steve Meador’s office while he was on the phone with Judge Easter that they an exparte conversation where Judge Easter was told to rule against me in court which is exactly what he did.

 We were never allowed to hear this tape because it never existed.

My father was murdered by Sarasota County Juvenile Probation Officer, Maria Amurrio, and that obstruction of justice has taken place. Judge Rick DeFuria has knowingly and willingly  participated in denying due process in the case of Murray B. Cohen to make sure that the truth never comes out. Judge Rick DeFuria has made sure that all civil statutes of limitations expire to deny justice and their actions have made sure that Amurrio is not held accountable for murder in the civil arena because it would have forced law enforcement to admit that they made a mistake and it would have been proven that members of the Sarasota Sheriffs Department made the decision to cover up their mistake instead of fixing it. Evidence would have shown that in covering up their mistake has resulted in a serious case of obstruction of justice.

Allowing a murder to go free is in essence killing the victim all over as well as killing justice.

Circuit Court Judge Andrew Owens

Judge Owens allowed evidence of murder and evidence of obstruction of justice to be destroyed in an act to prevent the truth from coming out. Judge Owens granted an ex parte order allowing the destruction of a hard drive which contained a 911 recording which proved my father was being murdered in the background. Owen's order
The ex parte order that Owens issued allowed the destruction of the hard drive without any hearing or motion being heard while a public records request for access to the hard drive were pending from a media outlet. Letter to Owens
Judge Owens also allowed the hard drive to be destroyed while an order

On March 26^th, 2008, the 911 operator, Anne Barrett, who handled the call regarding the death of Murray Cohen was subpoenaed for deposition. During this deposition, Barrett committed perjury and also revealed damaging information which poked wholes in the cover up of the murder.
After making numerous blunders and realizing it, Barrett stood up and announced she was leaving the deposition. Attorney Mark Lord instructed Barrett that she was not yet released from her subpoena and the deposition was not finished. Barrett stated, “Well Then Arrest Me”, and stormed out.
Attorney Mark Lord filed a motion to hold Barrett in “Contempt of Court”,
and to compel her to finish her deposition. Judge Owens refused to compel Barrett to finish her deposition and dismissed the motion with prejudice.
Owens went on to say that the motion to compel Barrett to finish her deposition was frivolous. Attorney Mark Lord stated to Judge Owens “There never has been an evidentiary hearing in this case”, Owens replied,
“That’s Right, and There Never Will Be”.

On March 17, 2011 my(Dana L.) grandson was abused by a DHS worker by the name of Yolanda Sherfield in the company of her supervisor (Cassandra Robinson-Fowler). He was later taken to the hospital to be checked out because they thought she broke his finger.  All of this is on tape.

Why has she not been charged with child abuse? Because she is protected by Oklahoma DHS. How many other children have been abused by this woman and the Oklahoma DHS?

James McArdle, 29, and Kristina Lee Reilly, 26, both of the 300 block of Cowry Road, now face charges of child neglect, cruelty to animals, abandonment of animals and creating unsanitary nuisances injurious to health — in addition to the child neglect and drug paraphernalia charges on which they were arrested last week.

"This is one of the worst cases we've encountered in a long time," Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Wendy Rose said Thursday. "It's unconscionable to most of us."

On Sept. 13, deputies appeared at the couple's home to arrest Reilly on a warrant for failure to appear in court in connection with a larceny case. After appearing at the front door, Reilly reportedly asked to go back into the home to get cigarettes and a cell phone.

After deputies followed her in, they say they were overwhelmed by the stench of feces and rot.

They say they discovered two barely dressed children sleeping on a filthy mattress as well as sewage in the carpet from a backed-up septic tank.


*Side note:  Detective Kim Northfield of the Sarasota County Florida Sheriff's Office, told me personally that she does not work with DCF. If DCF doing their job and following up on families that truly needed help maybe these children would not have been left in this situation.*

According a report filed by sheriff's detective Kim Northfield, the Florida Department of Children and Families had previous contact with the parents and had offered them day care for the children, food stamps and treatment of their addictions from First Step. Yet the couple tended to be "belligerent and uncooperative" with DCF, Northfield reported.

How he was outed: Phone number found in list of clients: A staunch advocate of conservative platforms from abstinence-only education to a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage, the Republican Louisiana Senator apparently had no problem with high-class call girls, as his phone number was revealed to be on a list belonging to a company owned by the infamous "D.C. Madam." Larry Flynt's Hustler magazine found the phone number and contacted Vitter's office to inquire about it. The next day, Vitter issued a public apology for his "very serious sin," and later managed to retain his seat in the Senate.
